Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. 

Express shipping is a flat rate of $12.

Once your package has been sent, you will receive notification from us. 

International Orders

We ship all international orders with Australia Post. Standard International Shipping is a flat rate of $40.

Taxes and Duties

For orders outside Australia, taxes and duties may be applied by the customs authorities of your country. We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.

Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering.

Bless Inc is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from our facility. We encourage you to return your item via a prepaid registered postal service. We are not liable for the cost of return postage unless an item is deemed faulty.

Returns

We want you to love your Bless pieces however if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for an exchange (depending on availability) or refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.

To submit a return please email hello@blessinc.com.au with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. Once we receive the email we will help you proceed with the return.
